Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MyKaam (mykaam.io) is operated by Lone Star AI Solutions LLC ("MyKaam", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company. By creating an account, submitting an intake, using a demo, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

2. The service

MyKaam delivers custom AI workers in stages:

• You submit requirements through the intake form.
• We generate a structured system prompt, a JSON specification, and a shareable interactive demo that runs on realistic dummy data only.
• You review the demo and either confirm it or request changes.
• Once confirmed and the build fee is paid, we build the production worker connected to your real tools and data.
• After delivery, a monthly subscription keeps the worker running, monitored, and supported.

Demos are illustrative. They never connect to your live systems and their outputs are not business advice or a guarantee of production behavior.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at Info@lonestarsolutions.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your organization.

4. Fees, build fee, and subscriptions

• Build fee: a one-time fee, quoted before work begins, payable after you confirm the demo. The build fee is credited toward your final total.
• Monthly subscription: begins only when the production worker is delivered, and renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Prices shown during intake are estimates based on the scope, volume, and budget you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before the build starts.
• All fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility.

5. Missed payments and the one-week grace period

If a subscription payment fails, we notify you and your worker keeps running for a seven (7) day grace period. If the balance is still unpaid at the end of that period, we may suspend the worker. Suspended workers can normally be reactivated once the account is brought current; extended non-payment may result in termination and deletion of the associated configuration.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate partial months. Build fees cover delivered engineering work and are non-refundable once the build has started, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the agreed scope.

7. Your content and data

You keep ownership of everything you provide: requirements, documents, customer data, and system credentials ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to use Customer Data solely to build, operate, support, and improve the worker we deliver to you. You confirm you have the right to share that data and that doing so does not breach any law or third-party agreement.

8. Ownership of the worker

We own the MyKaam platform, our tooling, templates, and general know-how. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the specific prompt, configuration, and integrations we build for you, for your own business purposes. We may reuse generic patterns and techniques for other customers, but never your Customer Data or confidential material.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use MyKaam to break the law, harass people, generate deceptive or harmful content, evade security controls, or process data you are not permitted to process. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details. We may suspend accounts that place the platform, our providers, or other customers at risk.

10. AI outputs and human oversight

AI workers produce probabilistic output and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it for legal, financial, medical, employment, or other consequential decisions. We recommend keeping human approval steps for irreversible actions.

11. Third-party services

Workers may connect to third-party tools you nominate (for example CRM, helpdesk, email, or payment providers) and rely on third-party AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

12. Availability

We work to keep delivered workers available and monitored, but we do not promise uninterrupted service unless a separate written service-level agreement says otherwise. Planned maintenance is announced where practical.

13. Warranties and liability

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms. This obligation survives termination.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within thirty (30) days of written notice. On termination we stop the worker and, on request, delete or return Customer Data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution first.
