Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Written to be readable, not to hide things.

1. Who controls your data
Lone Star AI Solutions LLC, a Texas company operating MyKaam at mykaam.io, is the controller of personal data described here. Where we build and run a worker on your behalf, we act as a processor for the customer data your worker handles, following your instructions.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, company, and authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in profile basics when you use it).
- Intake submissions: role descriptions, success metrics, tools, data sources, volume, budget, timeline, and privacy or compliance notes you enter.
- Generated artifacts: the system prompt, JSON specification, and demo configuration created from your intake.
- Demo and chat activity: messages you send to a demo worker or the site assistant, and the replies generated.
- Contact messages: what you send through the contact form, including your email address.
- Billing data: subscription status, invoices, and payment state. Card details are handled by our payment processor — we never store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and error logs used to keep the service secure and working.
3. Why we use it
- To create your account and authenticate you securely.
- To generate your prompt, specification, and interactive demo.
- To build, deliver, monitor, and support your production AI worker.
- To invoice you, process subscriptions, and manage the grace period for missed payments.
- To respond to enquiries and send service emails such as intake confirmations and delivery updates.
- To detect abuse, debug failures, and improve reliability and safety.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Our legal bases, where applicable, are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent (for optional communications), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Demos use dummy data
Demo workers are deliberately isolated: they run on invented sample data and have no connection to your live systems. Please do not paste real customer records, credentials, health data, or payment details into a demo chat. Real system access is arranged only during the production build, under your control.
5. AI model providers
Prompts, demo messages, and generated specifications are processed by third-party AI model providers so the worker can respond. We send only what is needed to produce the output, and we use providers under agreements that prohibit using your content to train their public models.
6. Who we share data with
- Infrastructure and database hosting used to run mykaam.io.
- AI model providers that generate prompts, specifications, and demo replies.
- Email delivery services used to send notifications and confirmations from our sending domain.
- Payment processing services for build fees and subscriptions.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where legally required.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where data is transferred from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
- Account data: for as long as your account is active, then up to 12 months.
- Intake submissions and generated artifacts: for the life of the engagement, so we can rebuild or support your worker.
- Demo conversations: retained while the demo link is live, then removed on request.
- Contact messages: up to 24 months.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.
9. Security
Access to the platform requires authentication, data is encrypted in transit, database access is restricted by row-level access rules so customers can only reach their own records, and administrative access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you promptly and describe what happened.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email Info@lonestarsolutions.ai and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 30 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
11. Children
MyKaam is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
12. Changes
We will update this policy as the service changes and will post the new effective date here. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app before they take effect.
