Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited uses

• Illegal activity, or helping others break the law.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting people based on protected characteristics.
• Fraud, phishing, impersonating a real person or organization, or deceptive marketing.
• Generating malware, exploits, or instructions for attacking systems.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or evading platform or carrier anti-spam controls.
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content of any kind.
• Scraping or processing personal data you have no lawful right to use.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, overload, or bypass the security controls of MyKaam or its providers.

2. High-risk decisions need a human

Workers must not make final, unreviewed decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education access, immigration, medical care, or legal outcomes. We will build human approval steps into any workflow of this kind.

3. Disclosure

Where a worker communicates with your customers, you must not misrepresent it as a human when asked directly, and you must comply with the disclosure rules that apply in your jurisdiction and channel.

4. Data you connect

Only connect data and systems you are authorized to connect. If your worker will handle health, financial, biometric, or other sensitive data, tell us during intake so we can design appropriate controls — some categories may require additional agreements or may not be supported.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn you, restrict a capability, suspend a worker, or terminate the agreement. Where a violation risks immediate harm, we may act without prior notice. Report abuse to Info@lonestarsolutions.ai.
