What MyKaam can and cannot do with your data

MyKaam is built so that your AI worker can use your tools without MyKaam ever owning your data.

What we do not store

• We do not store your emails, calendar events, files, spreadsheets or Slack messages.
• We do not store provider passwords or raw access tokens.
• We do not train any model on your data.

What we do store

• An encrypted connection key that lets your worker call the provider on your behalf.
• Your worker brief and task history, which you can see in your workspace.
• Billing records needed to run your subscription.

Who can access your connection

Only your signed-in account can use the connection. The encrypted key is tied to your user ID and the connector. MyKaam builders and other users cannot read it.

How to revoke access

You can disconnect the tool from your worker workspace at any time. You can also revoke the app from the provider's own security settings (for example, Google Account permissions or Slack app management).
