When you connect Gmail, your AI worker can read your inbox, search messages, draft replies, and — with your approval — send email. it can also mark messages as read and organize labels.

What happens when you click Connect
A sign-in popup from the provider opens. You sign in with the account you want the worker to use, review the permissions, and approve. The connection key is stored encrypted on our server and is never visible to the MyKaam builder or other users.
Approval gate
Reading is automatic; every send, post, edit or write waits for your approval. You can always disconnect the tool from your worker workspace.
How to set it up
- Create or select a Google OAuth web client in your Google Cloud project.
- Paste the authorized redirect URI above into the client settings.
- Enable the Gmail API in the same Google Cloud project.
- Add the client ID and secret to Lovable's Google Mail App User Connector.
Troubleshooting
- If the popup does not open, check that your browser allows popups for mykaam.io.
- If the connector says 'Not enabled for this workspace yet,' your MyKaam admin still needs to finish the provider-side setup.
- To remove access, open your worker workspace and click Disconnect next to the tool.
